职位描述：

Drive suppliers for root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive action and monitor the CA effectiveness by 8D methodology.

Be responsible for the first article inspection of new purchased items and check the quality control process of production to qualify new component for NPI, localization, transfer and engineering change project.

Monitor Supplier Quality Performance by KPI like defect rate and drive for continuous improvement by carrying out supplier audit and coaching.

Work with Product quality and technical engineers to verify fail component and feedback information to supplier for immediate corrective action.

Maintain supplier quality system by implementing process quality audit and new supplier approval audit.

Support Production line for daily production and get nonconforming materials resolved timely to ensure line runs properly.

Supporting SCM for nonconforming materials return to supplier. Need handle technical related to supplier for the acknowledge and acceptance for the return.

Conduct regular Supplier Quality Performance Rating/Review and initiate action plan towards continuous improvement opportunity by Kaizen, LEAN and Six Sigma.

Develop supplier quality management system throughout Schneider standard tools and database per management directives.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor or above degree

Job Related Experience: Electrical, Mechanical or Automation engineering

Business Understanding: Prefer SQE working experience, at least 5 years

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent English
