职位描述：
The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Duties

• Production line onsite coordination, commissioning, process improvement, results follow up 生产线现场协调，设备测试，工艺改进，结果跟踪
• Production line equipment maintenance, fast response for customer’s troubles, provide long-term on-site service if needed 生产线设备维修保养，对客户产线出现的问题进行快速响应，根据需要进行驻厂服务
• Assist process engineer to conduct application trial and internal R&D trial 协助工艺工程师完成实验室的客户应用测试及内部研发试验
• Summarize existing problems during project implementation, put forward reasonable suggestion, and report to related people 在工程实施过程中归纳总结存在问题，提出合理建议，并在现场结束后做好工作汇报（工作周报或现场汇报）
• Built joint with installation and engineering team in order to ensure the smoothness of operation and to achieve the production line 与现场安装和工程团队及工艺工程师进行对接, 实现项目的正常运行

Qualifications

• College degree or above, major in Chemical, mechanical, electrical 专科以上学历，化工、机械、电气等相关专业
• At least 2 years of related working experience 两年以上相关工作经验
• Familiar with Li-ion battery production technology, especially with experience on project designing, equipment commissioning, and operation 熟悉锂离子电池生产工艺前沿技术，具有锂电池相关企业项目设计、生产调试和运行等经历的人员优先
• Ability to write and read English 基本的英语读写能力
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 熟悉常用的办公软件
• Hard working, strong practical ability 吃苦耐劳，有很强的动手能力
• Good team-working and capability of working independently 有团队精神及独立工作能力
• Strong initiative and learning willingness 较强的主动性和学习精神
• Strong ability to work under pressure有很强的抗压能力
• Communication skills, service oriented and strong sense of responsibility良好的沟通及服务技巧，有责任心
