职位描述：
Key accountabilities:
? Lead and coordinate GMP training program within QA for all GMP staff within Wuxi Bio across all sites.
? Conduct and facilitate standardized training in a classroom setting as well as On-the-Job skills training for adult learners at the Wuxi site.
? Establish/revise GMP training program curriculum for QA required training activities for all GMP staff at the Wuxi site.
? Create/revise training materials with associated assessments for intended purpose.
? Able to lead and coordinate training related activities for all GMP staff within Wuxi Bio across all sites .
? Maintains records to document all relevant communications related to projects.
? Copies files and mails final reports.
? Hold regular internal project meetings to discuss and plan the training project within the company.
? Represent QA on project teams as required.

Requirements:
? College degree with major in Science such as Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent training
? +5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/biopharmaceutical GMP industry experience is required.
? Extensive experiences in Good Manufacturing Practices for the biopharmaceutical industry is required.
? Good presentation and training delivery skills focusing on adult-learning.
? Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, when leading projects.
? Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and influencing skills when working in multi-discipline organization with different personalities.
? Ability to work independently with limited supervision
? Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
? Able to multi-tasks and prioritize accordingly while working in a fast-paced work environment.
? Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbally and in writing. 举报 分享
