CREMER – a German headquartered company - has been in operation since 1946 and has expanded globally. Our new plant in Wuxi is looking for two Industrial Mechanics who are responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment in our new plant which we are currently setting up in Wuxi. Industrial Mechanic will be based in our Wuxi plant.

Responsibilities 职责
The Industrial Mechanic Technician is responsible for the daily repair and maintenance duties on production and facility.

Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.

Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.

Maintain accurate documentation of master equipment and equipment history database.

Experience
High school diploma or equivalency in Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic in the packaging industries.

Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with rotating and static equipment.

Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.
