职位描述：
1.Develop/transfer process for new products by designing, purchasing of new equipment or facility upgrade. Ensure that production method meet capacity,quality and EHS requirement.
2.Specify, design & purchase tools, fixtures for process improvement.
3.Follow project schedule. Keep tracking each step to ensure all the projects on time.
4.Make the layout of production line and facility according to requirement.
5.Implement ECN management and maintain production BOM in SAP system.
6.Root cause analysis for corrective actions. Implement Poka-Yoke for abnormal process or customer complaints.
7.Daily production line issues solving on site.
8.Process documents preparation, release and maintenance (PFD, PFMEA, CP, SW, WI….).
9.Involved in Dana DOS activities. Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements.
10.Other tasks allotted by supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineer or automotive related.
2. Over 3 year’s working experience in engineering or manufacturing process.
3. Experience of new line setting up, layout designing and process optimization for Assembly production, project management and new project leading are musts.
4. Well know equipment /tools /fixtures design, understand pneumatic and hydraulic system.
5. Skilled in problem solving with relative tools.
6. Good written and oral English.
7. Proficient with MS Office, Auto CAD/Inventor.
8. Experience of axles / transmission / driveshaft will be a plus. 举报 分享
