职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

· Owns medium/ buffer supplying system, ensuring the system’s mechanic reliability and integrity is fully guarded and maintained.

· 确保培养基/缓冲液系统机械可靠性和完整性被有效监护和维护

· Works closely with manufacturing and maintenance team to provide day-to-day support, including troubleshooting, issue response and escalation.

· 和生产及维护团队紧密合作，提供日常的支持，包括故障诊断，报警响应和升级。

· Performs pump maintenance, gasket replacement, O rings change, mechanic dissemble /reassemble and re-qualification as needed.

· 执行泵的维护，垫圈更换，O形圈更换，机械拆装和再确认活动。

· Assists in development and implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance programs

· 协助开发和执行预防性和预测性维护程序

· Place spare parts purchase request and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts

· 备件采购申请，更新备件清单，控制日常备件消耗

· Conducts reliability analysis , opportunity assessment and continuous improvements

进行可靠性分析，机会评估和持续改进


REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

· 电气，机械，化学工程大学本科，至少5年相关工作经验。

· Mechanic talented and trained with hands on experience in the field, preferably in a bioprocess plant

· 机械现场动手能力，生物工厂经验优先。

· Experience maintaining stainless steel tank and piping, pneumatic/electric valves, pumps, agitator etc

· 不锈钢罐和管道，气动电动阀，泵，搅拌器的维护经验

· Knowledge about clean in place (CIP) and sterilization in place (SIP) process of stainless steel system

· 不锈钢系统在线清洁，在线灭菌的知识。

· Familiar with piping and instrument drawing (PID), computer aided drawing (CAD)

· 熟悉PID图纸，CAD。

· General understanding of pharmaceutical engineering and ASME BPE guideline

制药工程和生物工艺设备有总体理解。


EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

  大学专科及以上学历

· Good oral and written communication skills
