职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cost saving projects & global sourcing projects.
2. Implement AC Wuxi sourcing strategy, use supplier selection criteria and skill to audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier
3. Market research to find the important commodity supplier, research the competitor supplier information
4. Negotiate with suppliers in order to get optimal price level, better delivery and better quality
5. Supplier management, establish logistic system with supplier, set up the target for in time delivery and follow-up, and timely solve the delivery issues in daily operation. Set up partnership with supplier
6. Support SQA to improve supplier delivery ,quality and process, achieve periodical supplier evaluations.
7. Contract handling, by using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up
Main Requirements:
1. Technical background, strong interest in technics. Experience in technical processes used in our current supply chain is a strong advantage ( castings, machining)
2. At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing enterprise, focus on sourcing function
3. Global sourcing experience
4. Strong communication skills , Good spoken English communication skill
5. Creative and innovative orientation
6. Dynamic team player
7. Like to solve problems and used to work under time pressure.
