职位描述：
- Be responsible for the production planning activities, as well as material planning.
- Build the production planning system based on the material, production capacity, sales order & sales forecast.
- Set up the material planning system based on the material lead time, suppliers capacity, historical consumption data, sales forecast
- Ensure the sales order can be implemented on time. Daily, weekly and monthly monitor the sales order fulfillment vs target lead time & 1st confirm date.
- Monitor the output of every key process, ensure the production planning can be fulfilled on time.
- Submit the daily & weekly & monthly production planning implementation report, and collect & analyse the reason of unfulfillment.
- Make out the safety stock in the company, as well as at suppliers’ site.
- Control the inventory in the warehouse, monitor the stock at suppliers.
- Monitor the delivery performance of every supplier, submit the report monthly.
- Reduce and control the slow moving material.
- Adjust the stock strategy and policy proactively according to the sales and market feedback.
- Set up the KPIs for the team and drive the team to beat the targets.
- Work closely with various of stakeholders within the organization to support company & department wide projects / management.
- People management and build up high effectiveness team
- Finish other assignments as needed

岗位要求:
1.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Engineering, Commercial or Business Administration related
2.At least 8 years in production planning area in multinational companies in mechanical industry, 5 years supervisor level experience.
3.Fluent in English, both written and oral
4.Familiar with Office software&familiar with ERP system, experience for SAP would be a plus.
