职位描述：
AR & Credit Control Accountant应收及信用控制会计

Primary Responsibility: 主要工作
1.Input the AR voucher into ERP system to maintain an accurate AR book;
录入应收账款凭证至ERP系统，保持精确的AR记录；
2.Make collection calls on past due accounts to minimize bad debt while maintain a positive rapport with customers;
整理过期帐款，并减少坏帐数量，与顾客保持良好关系；
3.Review the sales contract and control the delivery to protect the company’s interest;
审核销售合同，控制发货，维护公司利益；
4.Prepare the AR report as per company’s requirement;
负责制作应收账款报告；
5.Monitor the implementation of AR and credit control procedure;
负责应收账款管理、信用控制程序的实施；
6.Maintain the customer information database in a timely and accurate way;
及时维护客户信息库，并确保正确；
7.Other tasks by supervisor,GM.
完成上级主管及总经理下达的任务。

工作资格：
1.University graduate above, majoring in accounting or finance related;
本科及以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业；
2.At least 5 years relevant working experience;
5年以上相关工作经验；
3.Good command of written English;
英语口语、及书写流利；
4.Be good at Windows, MS office and SAP;
熟悉运用Windows,Office 软件,SAP；
5.Familiar with knowledge of contract law, knowledge of product ,knowledge of Chinese financial policies and regulations;
熟悉合同法，产品基本知识以及中国财政政策和法规知识；
6.Good Communication skills, Initiative,Teamwork, Flexibility and Interpersonal skills.
