Duties & Responsibilities:

- Will be involved in all the new projects and running projects.

- To work with customers and provide them very good customer service on a strong technical base.

- Always team working with related departments and colleagues, not only with the internal team, but also work close with international colleagues.

- To provide professional suggestions to the design solutions, or make some new design, or design change.
  对工艺和产品设计方案提出专业性的建议，或参与到新的工艺、产品设计和设计改进工作中来。
- Provide technical solutions to the process and products.
  为工艺和产品提供技术支持。
- Provide technical solutions to the equipment, produce the specifications for different equipment.
  为工艺设备提供技术支持，针对不同工艺制定详细的设备参数需求。
- Other works assign by the company.
  公司安排的其余工作。
- Working for the company's strategies in order to meet the company’s goal.
  按照公司策略开展工作，实现公司目标。
- Work in Ljunghall AB's business system and operational policy.
  按照永豪集团的经营系统和营运政策开展工作。

Required Education & Experiences:
教育背景及相关经验：

- At least 5 years’ working experience as a process/product engineer in high-pressure die-casting company, familiar with high-pressure die-casting process and products.
  在高压压铸行业至少5年工艺/产品工程师的工作经验，熟悉高压压铸工艺和产品。
- Graduate from a 4-year educational system colleague or university, major in technical, mechanical engineer or related discipline.
  四年制技术学院或大学毕业，技术、机械工程或相关专业背景。
- The working experience at an automotive industry company will be a value added point.
  如有在汽车行业的相关工作经验可作为加分项。

Required competencies:
需求能力：

- Good skill with 3-model design software Solid works or other 3D software such as UG and ProE.
  能熟练运用Solidworks或其他3D设计软件，如UG，ProE等。
- Review drawings and other technical requirements (understand and appoint the critical customer requirements in it.)
  阅读图纸和其他技术要求（理解并指出其中重要关键的客户要求）。
- FMEA
  熟练使用FMEA工具
- Good English skills, not only in writing, but also in oral, can communicate with English speaking colleagues
  良好的英语沟通能力，不仅能够用英语进行书面沟通，也需要大量的面对面沟通，能够和外国同事用英语顺畅交流。
- Microsoft Office knowledge
  办公自动化。
- Excellent coordination skills and team work spirit
  优秀的协调能力和团队合作精神。
- Very good communication skills, both with external (customers, suppliers) and internal (colleagues)
