职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In order to support the MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE in Bekaert RR&SW Jiangyin , leading the Manufacturing Transformation and optimization on operation fields. Work closely together with plant team to do benchmark ,continuous improvement and standards compliance to achieve manufacturing excellence.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Conduct and implement LEAN manufacturing methodology into plant to support BMS system leadership
2. Responsible for BMS(Bekaert Manufacturing System ) implementation in RR&SW Jiangyin, and work closely together with plant unit leaders to guarantee a realizable and sustainable performance
3. Support plant team to implement Global BMS(Bekaert Manufacturing System ) playbook and BMS Way Of Working(WoW) deployment, working closely with department managers to do gap analysis and set up 2- years ambition roadmap and follow-up M+3 action plan
4. Resoponsible for plant BMS future state realization and continuous improvement
5.Other project support
 DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES & SCOPE OF AUTHORITY & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1"-Monitor the process activities to optimize resources and achieve volume, quality and manufacturing standards and cost saving as wll.
-Implement LEAN methodology, to drive waste out of all process. Deliver and recommend optimal production solutions to capture manufacturing excellence.
- Develop suitbale LEAN tools for Bekaert manufacturing Way. Traing up a capaple team in plant to implement LEAN improvement activity in each workshop
-Identify and make out optimal solution to integrate LEAN and BMS and MES/Automation into a robust manufacturing excellence system.

Improvement case roll out in whole plant with good LEAN methodolgy."
2"-Follow up improvement ideas of productivity work stream implement in plant daily operation.
-Calculate and track the actual performance of each initiatives on productivity domain
-Work closely with Fin controller to validate effectiveness.
-Work closely with unit leaders to make mitigation when result deviation.

3"-Align with Globale and Regional Change Agent on related playbook introduction and roll out in plant.
-Working closely together with department managers to make clear gap analysis, set up effective M+3 action plan to comply global manufracturing standards.
-Organize playbook self-assessment by quarterly
-Enhance WoW Key elements implementation performing and continual improvement
-Evaluate WoW performance by BMS WoW playbook self-assessment
-Support plant Good Practice Share system and GPD system build up and implementation
-Track and update status of all action plans in system after a effective evidence validation
-Training all necessary peoples to assure understanding clearly in different plant level

-Regularly organize new idea generation workshop to further identify potential, work on breakthrough projects with support of unit leaders.

   ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Major in Engineering, Manufacturing or LEAN/IE related fields.
2. At least 3 years+ of experience within manufacturing domain.
3. Good Lean thinking and project management skills and experiences
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Result driven
6. Good communication skills, fluent in English
7. Dynamic, highly motivated, self-confident, open-minded
8. Strong analytical thinking skills, process-oriented, quick learner
9. Be proficient in MS Office
