职位描述：

1.订单管理　Sales order management.

2.客户沟通，跟踪客户订单状态 Communicate with customers and update sales order status.

3.制定主生产计划 Creat master plan.

4.运行MRP,确保生产计划需求的原材料供应　Run MRP to ensure the right goods and right quantity in right time for production.

5. 对生产所需物料情况进行跟踪，避免缺料导致生产停滞 Check the material status to avoid production stopped caused by stock out issue.

6.主持项目会议，跟进项目进度，当发生变更时，与相关人员进行沟通，及时调整项目进度计划，同时协调生产及物料供应，保证正常订单交期，同时更新客户新的交期。

Hold the daily project meeting to track the project. If porject schedule changed ,contact with related person,adjust the production plan on time and coordinate with related departments to ensure SO delivery. Meantime update new dilivery to customers.

7. 和生产、采购、物流等团队紧密联系　Closely contacted with production,procurement ,and logistics team　etc.

8. 按月分析生产计划的执行情况及销售分析 Monthly analyze schedule achievement and sales distribution.

9. 积极参与公司的改善项目 Participate Kaizen Projects.

10. 岗位其他相关职责All other duties as relevant to the position.

任职资格：

1. 2年ERP经验　2 years' ERP experience

2. 熟练使用办公软件 Use the office software package

3. 具有良好的数据分析能力，人际能力，沟通能力，计划与执行能力 Data analize ability,interpersonal ability,link up ability,planning and carrying out ability.

4. 有耐心，坚强的意志，工作勤奋一，积极进取，服从工作分配，有良好团队合作精神 Patient,strong will ,hard working, aggressive ,obey work assignment ,good team work .

5. 熟练商务英语读写 Fluent business English for reading and writing .
