职位描述：
1. Make internal program document according TS16949/ISO9001/CCC requirement, and work with outside audit.
可以根据TS16949/ISO9001/CCC要求以及公司内部具体要求制定程序文件,并对应外部审核。
2. Join in project management, check with all of quality requirement in project process. And commit PPAP.
参与项目管理，对项目进展过程中的质量要求进行检查确认。提出PPAP文件。
3. Analysis Process Quality problem, and push each department to improve.
分析确认生产线质量状况，对异常现象提出改进要求并进行跟踪处理
4. Deal with customer complaint, make sure root cause by 8D analysis and improvement management.
处理客户投诉，进行8D分析及跟踪改进处理
5. Organize internal system audit according planning, and improvement management.
根据计划组织进行内部审核，并对问题点进行改进确认。
6. Process audit and product audit according to plan, and improvement management.
根据计划进行过程审核和产品审核，并对问题点进行改进确认。

Requirements/任职要求：
1.More than 5 years quality management working experience, especially in Auto parts.
5年以上质量管理经验,汽车零部件业尤佳。
2.Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and TS16949 system. TS16949 certified auditor would be a plus.
熟悉ISO9001质量体系，TS16949 及ISO14000 质量体系。TS16949内审员优先考虑。
3.Be familiar with the quality control tools, like SPC, FMEA, APQP and PPAP.
熟悉SPC质量统计控制，FMEA，APQP，PPAP 6 等质量控制工具。
4.Good English communication and excellent MS skill.
良好的英语沟通力和较强的办公软件操作能力。
5. Major in mechanics or equivalently industry

Allen (Wuxi) Commercial Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd, established in 2004, is a wholly owned subsidiary of REFLEX & ALLEN Group in Italy.
