职位描述：

MISSION

1. Management of the projects nominated by customers in very close relationship with them.

2. Control the general schedule of a program by coordinating activities and teams throughout the different milestones of a project (product development, prototyping, series tooling kick off, industrialization, PPAP,…).

3. Satisfy the need of the customers by keeping a fluent communication with them.

4. Keep an efficient interface between the customer and our project team members.

5. Set up priorities to guarantee the good service to customer.

6. Assistance to Sales Mgr in the preparation of the quotes to customers.

7. Participation in the development of the new customers of the company in the Chinese market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cost and investment calculation: Product design and development, prototype and series piece prices, logistics, prototype and series tools, industrial and special equipment, amortizations, etc.

Update SMT with all calculations, studies and key documents created at quote preparation.

2. Offer / project presentation / Technical review (if applicable).
3. Open Project Number Excel Sheet (Internal Order number), approval and distribution acc. to "Management of contracts flow chart". Create tools codes.
4. SMT update customer order and Internal Order, set to 100% Commercial success rate and quote status as "awarded".
5. Reception of frozen Product Design (CAD data 2D & 3D), approved by customer for series phase and internally approved for Process Design kick-off.
6. Plan RM, components and production of pre-series, for deliveries acc. to project planning.
7. Logistics conditions review (advanced warehouse, loop, series packaging,) with support of logistic.
8. Make a plan of RM and components for production of 1st off-tool parts.
9. CBD (piece price, tooling, logistics, other investments) update according to approved Process Definition and suppliers rfq review.
10. Revision of costs inputted to Project Number (Internal Order) & deviation analysis and record learned lessons.
11. Logistic cost review acc. to actual series process conditions.
12. Part CBD update, acc. to actual series process conditions.
13. Plan first orders according SOP (first 8 weeks of serial production). Purchase and procurement of RM required to assure production until SOP + LT supplier.
14. Purchase and procurement of components required to assure production until SOP + LT supplier.
15. Provide toolmaker with off-tool parts and components for Aux Machine trials and fine tuning.
16. Follow up the timing of toolmaker during prototype phase and check parts from try – out together with Quality Engineer.
17. Update Estamp Wuxi presentation.
18. Be in charge of internal kick of meeting, preparing information in advance. Feasibility agreement signature. Inform Estamp Wuxi for new nominations.
19. Handle and fulfil Continues Improvement weekly scorecard and be in charge of follow up monthly general statute

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor or above, majoring in Mechanical or Engineering.
2. At least 3 Years involved in of Project management functions within the automotive industry.

SKILLS

1. Excellent communication skills, team work capacity and proactive.
2. Fluent English and Ms office.
3. Strong business oriented mind.

4. Availability for business trips, basically within China.
