职位描述：
Description: As a member of global cost reduction team, this role need to deliver various cost reduction projects and promote cost reduction ideas. Which is critical for improving product cost base, maximize the product value proposition and customer value.

Responsibilities:

1.Mange cost reduction projects, including complex projects that involve lots cross functions, global project team members, new sources introduction and and engineering development.
2.Manage 15-20 projects on hand.
3.Develop cost reduction ideas, including feasibility study , business case development & approval, project plan development.
4.Lead the team to create cost reduction ideas, classify and prioritize
5.Make sure a successful delivery of project targets, on time delivery, good quality and within budget
6.Make sure the project have a good follow up of APQP and PPAP process.
7.Lead a problem solving during all the phase of the project

 Desired Candidate:
1.Strong leadership and communication skill
2.Strong analytic reasoning and problem solving competences
3.Independent and willing to take responsibility
4.8-10 years working experience, and APQP experience is preferred
5.Experience with big and complex projects is preferred
