职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Create and setup NC program for products.
2. Prepare, review and release machining procedures and instructions in line with specifications.
3. Support and maintain production operation and keep production running smoothly by trouble shooting (f.e tools brokee analysis, unstable quality, and so on).
4. To balance the machine load with reasonable and efficient way, and also focus on continuous improvement.
5. To be responsible for new projects introduction, including identification, design, procurement, and implementation needed equipment and tooling.
Main Requirements:
1. Graduate from machining or mechanical related major with bachelor or higher degree.
2. Familiar with CNC milling and turning process.
3. More than 5 years experience on CNC machining.
4. Rich experience of cutting tool selection and basic fixture design principle.
5. Familiar with Siemens and FANUC controller.
6. Office software skill is a must.
7. Good oral and written English
8. Experience of Multi-aixs milling (f.e casing machining on horizontal CNC machine) will be a plus.
9. OD grinding and profile grinding will be a plus 举报 分享
