SMT制程质量管理
SMT process quality management
1.建立质量管理计划，更新和监督，基于可持续发展的关键绩效指标实现跟踪及控制（如质量门，完成度，等）。
 Establishment, update and supervision of a Quality Management Plan, controlling of trackable realization of Q-measures based on sustainable KPIs (e.g. Q-gates, degree of completion, etc.).
2.不遵守质量相关的规格/产品/产品的要求，停止生产
Ensure the availability, control and if applicable in case of non-compliance the stopping of quality related specifications / requirements in projects / products.
3.持续改进的项目规划和协调（如生产技能，阶段结束会议），对纠正措施的跟踪执行控制
Planning and coordination of continuous improvement of the project (e.g. Know-how workshops, PMA+, phases completion meetings), control of trackable execution of corrective actions.
4.拦截产品和终止流程，产品和过程的放行
Blocking products and processes, release products and processes if applicable in coordination with QM.
5.创建、编写和报告质量相关的信息
Creation, preparation and reporting of quality relevant information considering valid processes.
6.项目审核（内部/外部）的计划和参与，供应商审核和与客户（内部或外部）的评估。在项目特定的结果分析和定义，纠正措施的合作
Planning of and participation in project audits (internal / external), supplier audits and different assessments in consultation with the customer (internal or external). Collaboration in project specific result analyze and definition of appropriate corrective actions.
7. 在培训需求和规划识别的支持以及对项目团队成员的质量相关培训（如质量工具，过程描述等）
Support in identification of training requirements and planning as well as Performance of quality relevant trainings of project team members ( e.g. quality tools, process descriptions etc.).

任职要求：
1.SMT制程质量管理经验
Experience at SMT process quality management
2.熟悉质量方法/工艺：Q7工具（如质量控制图，帕累托，石川等），M7（亲和图，组合工具，FMEA矩阵），风险管理
Familiar with quality methodologies / technics：Q7 tools (e.g. Quality control chart, Pareto, Ishikawa etc.), M7 tools (affinity diagram, portfolio, matrix) FMEA, risk management
3.熟悉过程管理
Familiar with process management
4.了解项目管理，变更管理，组织发展与管理
Know about Process management, Project management, Change management and Organizational development
5.良好的中英文陈述和沟通能力
 Good Presentation and communication skills both Chinese and English 举报 分享
