职位描述：
Job Summary:

● Customer quality management (customer complaint,8D,PPAP submission, customer quality meeting,
customer audit & visit, customer reporting)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Customer communication
● Launch, coordinate 8D projects according to the procedure QP Q008
● Feedback the information and 8D reports to customer in terms of QP Q019
● PPAP submission in terms of the procedure --QP Q013
● Customer warranty monitoring
● Coordinate customer audit & visit

● Quality report and coordinate customer quality meeting
● Failure analysis

Job Requirements

● Bachelor degree or above
● Internal Combustion Engine Know How

● Basic Knowledge of Fuel Injection System and Engine assembly
● Basic Knowledge of 8D and PPAP

Preferred

● Engine or vehicle major preferred
● Two years in Automotive industry releated area
● Quality working experience, TS16949, PPAP, 8D…
