职位描述：
To perform this job successfully, the candidate will possess the skills, aptitudes and abilities to perform the essential duties proficiently.
? Process and results driven with strong project management skills
? Have functional working knowledge of Quality Engineering principles
? Be a self-starter with a proven ability to manage supplier improvement initiatives
? Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase the supplier capability of consistently meeting Milacron requirements.
? Must be able to establish cross functional relationships and partnerships through your product and process knowledge
? Implement and monitor the part qualification and certification process with elected suppliers
? Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances.
? Function as liaison between procurement, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues and to provide technical support
? Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply
? Support leadership and maintain a high level of performance in carrying out the goals of the department and corporation.
? Ability to travel (50%) is required.

EXPERIENCE:
? 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
? 2+ years of experience of supply chain for a distribution and manufacturing business
? Experience in managing supplier quality, development and improvement group
? Experience in Machining and Machined Components is preferred
? Significant experience in managing change and working with cross functional teams including engineering and manufacturing
? Experience in a high mix low volume global business is required
? Review and Auditing of supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems
? Understanding of Print Reading and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
? Familiarity with US and International Industry measurement standards, ISO or AGMA metallurgical standards are preferred;
? Familiarity with problems solving tools like as 8D, 5Why, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, etc., and also, stronger experience of supplier FA PPAP submission;
? Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and compliance auditing experience.

EDUCATION:
? BS or BA degree from an accredited 4 year college or university in a technical or supply chain related discipline
? Proficient oral and written communication skills
? Proficient in English as a second language (verbal and written communications) essential. 举报 分享
