职位描述：
Main responsibility：
1. Follow APQP procedure, make sure project schedule, customer run at rate, SOP on time
2.Ensure process readiness prior to the Full Production Day and Start of Production (SOP).
3.Analyze production feasibility (new technology/product on existing lines), prepares drafts of process line lay out
4.Define routing, standard time, work instructions and visual documents
5.Create and lead Process FMEA and process Flow
6.Follow the process improvement and the SOP
7.Organize the training for the operators
8.Investment control to make assure all investment under TVQS required.
9.Cycle time study, define and maintain standard output.
10.Push cost saving and continuous improving
11.Create equipment specifications for new product design and collaborate with cross-functional team to build and implement production equipment
12.Support builds for OTS, PV and initial production for PPAP

Requirement:
1.Bacheler or above
2.At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry.
3.Automotive Industry is preferred.
4.Majored in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
5.Experience with automated processes
6.Rubber knowledge will be plus
7.Automotive experience will be plus
