职位描述：
1/Communication
? Be responsible for the implementation of the brand manual and conduct audits to ensure it is followed.
? Strengthen and develop both external and internal communication and enhance the communication support given to our customers, dealers, and employees.
? Development of internet communication systems to ensure that our customers and distributors receive first class marketing information support.
? Develop a professional and easy to use Chinese Website and social media (Wechat), keeping to update min. once 2 week.
? Responsible for the release of communication materials such as leaflets, brochure, name cards verified acc. to the brand manual.
? Establish a yearly media plan and assist the marketing department to organize seminars, product launches, campaigns and PR activities in associated with agencies, photographers and printers.
? Work closely with and support the General Manager in media relations, internal communications issues, crises communication, internal newsletters, press releases etc.
? Work closely with Corporate Communications and spreading information from Group to departments within the company.

2/Business analysis and Assistant
? Regular sales performance analysis and reporting internally based on management request.
? To prepare various business analysis and slides for management meeting.
? To assist General Manager on daily administrative works, such as meeting arrangement, incoming/outgoing correspondence and business trip arrangement.

Experience requirements
? Minimum 3 years experience in the function. Sales company experience would be a plus.
? Familiar with functional requirements, especially for branding policy.

Knowledge/Educational requirements
? University degree or above, majored in relevant.
? Good command of English communication and computer applications.
? A self-disciplined professional with team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
