职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Carries out all work ensuring effective Safety behavior and Quality manufacturing standard practices are followed.
? Supports product and process development trial activity at Pilot Development Facility and potentially at Manufacturing Facilities.
? Provides work direction to internal technicians or external contractors to complete electrical modifications required to successfully integrate and operate new trial equipment.
? Effectively partner with a Mechanical Engineering counterpart to support machine equipment changes to deliver safe conditions, good quality product and a robust manufacturing process.
? Assists with reliability and machine capability projects
? Assists with implementing and maintaining system standardization including electrical drawings, process documentation, procedures and machine control software.
? Uses standard written documentation to capture and transfer key learning
? Supports efforts to drive successful machine startups
? Acts as the Facility Site Administrator
? Supports and develops machine maintenance and spare parts programs

Qualifications/Education/Experience:
? Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and continuing self-development.
? 2-7 years of experience in an electrical engineering role.　
? Proven ability to work effectively with multiple functions, such as: legal, safety, regulatory, external design and engineering, quality, testing facilities, market research, marketing, and product supply.
? Ability to drive projects independently or with limited direction to achieve business goals within required timeframes.
? Willing to travel both domestically and globally, estimated to be 5-25% of the time.
? Ability to facilitate activities with diverse groups of 15-20 people
? Ability to communicate with superiors, subordinates and others who have need to know in written and oral forums. Be informative without being obtrusive or vexatious. Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet concise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive.
? Strong English language skills to enable clear communication with research and engineering employees in multiple geographic locations - many of whom will speak English as a second language. 举报 分享
