职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish Quality Policy and Rules. Will carry out internal audit to check their strict application.
- Work across functions to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Solve quickly Customer Quality Incidents using PDCA/FTA tools : Zero Km and Warranty
- Manage and execute Quality Plans that lead to improvements in quality, cost and overall efficiency through the implementation of U-Shin roadmaps.
- Advise Management on the overall quality standard of products.
- Manage internal audits according to Customer and regulation requirements.
- Ensure that the company’s Quality Management System is the base daily work of employees.
- Manage Quality Assurance department.
- Follow up Corrective Actions Plan issued from internal or external audits.
- Issue on time weekly and monthly Quality report.

Experience/Education/Qualifications Level and Skills
- Bachelor degree above with Engineering background or equivalent.
- 5+ years professional experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in managerial position.Automotive industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge in quality system and ISO/TS16949.
- Good knowledge of quality tools utilization such as SPC, DOE, PDCA, FTA, FMEA, 8D, VDA6.3,VDA6.5etc.
- Fluent English both in oral and written. 举报 分享
