Job Position – Project Manager China

Position / Job Title: Project Manager
(Title on contract: Project Manager China)
Department: GO Clinical Nutrition & Complex Formulations
Reports To: Engineering Department China
Position Scope: Project Management/Engineering China

Purpose / Key Responsibilities:
? Implement major engineering projects in the Chinese region in pharmaceutical fields
? Leading of capital projects by dealing with all project steps from feasibility, approval and implementation/execution stage
? Assist regional production plants in relevant engineering and organizational tasks
? Located/reporting to Engineering Department China / Wuxi

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
? Monitor project progress and performance against the plan
? Select and manage the activities of outside contractors to ensure the Company receives satisfactory standards of service
? Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project
? Manage and coach external project staff as well as supplier to meet project targets and milestones
? Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays
? Identification of improvement potential and project initialization to optimize processes, increase total line availability and productivity as well in terms of quality issues

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
? Bachelor in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar technical disciplines
? Min. 3-5 years working experience preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or project management in pharmaceutical industry
? Age: 30-35years
? preferably multinational company experience in Asian region
? Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin language
? Travelling within China region
