JOB SUMMARY / 工 作 综 述
Be responsible for production management.负责生产管理
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / 主 要 职 责
1. Coordinate and conduct activities concerning of processes, equipment, maintenance, production plan and material preparation, quality, solve the production problems.协调和安排生产流程、设备、维修、生产计划和材料准备、质量，解决生产相关的问题。
2. Be responsible for production management for one or more of Novenco′s production lines, including quality, safety, efficiency, productivity, delivery performance, cost reduction, lead time, production flexibility and scrap rate.负责生产线管理，包括质量、安全、效率、生产率、交货表现、降低成本、交货期、产线人员调整、报废率等。
3. Prepare and update work instructions (SOP), process flow chart and other documents for the production line and implement and monitor that they are followed.制订和更新作业指导书，工艺流程图和其他生产线相关文件，并监督其执行情况。
4. Arrangement and implementation of factory and workshop layout (together with other Supervisors & immediate Manager).（与其他主管和直接经理一起）安排和实施工厂和生产车间的布局。
5. Implement Lean improvements & 5S in production; make statistics and analysis production data.执行生产过程中的精益改善和5S，统计和分析生产数据。
6. Operators and line leaders performance evaluation, training, skill development and evaluation, etc.负责生产线线长和操作工的绩效管理和评估，培训、技能提高和评定等。
7. Cooperate with engineering and procurement to select and purchase the necessary equipments/tools for the production line.和工程部、采购部合作选择和购买生产线所需的设备和工具。
8. Coordinate and implement maintenance plans for tools and equipment, including spare parts.协调并实施设备、工具和备件的维修。
9. Coordinate and implement maintenance and service activities for the factory and workshop. 协调并实施工厂、生产车间的维修和相关服务。
10. Implement Novenco policies and insure that they are followed (in cooperation with the Novenco organization).执行NOVENCO的政策并确保执行的有效性。
11. Other tasks assigned by immediate manager.直接上司分配的其他任务。

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗 位 资 格
1. College or above in engineering.大学工程专业毕业；
2. 3-5 years work experience .3－5年工作经验；
3. Knowledge of product is preferable.懂相关产品知识更佳；
4. Good computer skills-ERP system, office program and CAD.能熟练使用办公软件和AutoCAD，懂ERP系统
5. Good knowledge of English.英文优秀；
6. Strong communication skills.较强的沟通能力；
7. Trainings to be received before on job通过公司对该岗位的岗前培训方可正式上岗，具体培训内容如下：
1） Company profile / culture/Safety 公司简介/文化/安全培训；
2） Quality system training 质量程序培训；
3） Product introduction 产品介绍；
4） Production process introduction生产工艺介绍；
5） Operation of BAAN system. BAAN系统的操作；
6） Department KPI . 部门KPI。
