Quality System Management Engineer质量体系工程师
Responsibilities:
- Top management representative for quality matters (certification and customer audits, etc.).
- Collection of data of indicators to keep updated the company scorecard, including non quality costs.
- Preparation and issuance of the quality monthly report.
- Management review. To collect the input information, and to record the output results of the review.
- Internal audits. Auditor in internal audits of management processes and manufacturing processes.
- To keep updated in the system the annual audit program.
- To keep updated in the system the planned layer audit.
- To give the general training and information regarding quality management system.
- To provide information to customers, commercials, etc. regarding QMS certifications.
- To keep updated the planning and results of the quality objectives.
- Customer satisfaction data collection and reporting.
- Management and communication of general customer requirements (general quality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.)
- Control of documents. Management of quality system and technical documents. Records keeping.
Qulifications:
Education requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric or related fields
Basic skills requirements
- Should have ISO/TS 16949:2008 Internal auditor certification and be familiar with Quality Management System
- Familiar with Core tools basic training (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA), Control Plan, 8D and other continual improvement methodology in manufacturing processes.
- Have ISO/TS 16949:2008 Quality System management experience.
- If familiar with EHS management system, would be preferred.
Experience requirements
- 3 year min in a similar position.
Languages skills
- English, high level written and medium level speaking."
Software applications skills
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, SAP (QMS profile). User level.
