1)Provide in-depth sales margin analysis by customer, by product line and by source

2)In-depth analytics of costing, identify potential saving, investigate gaps and bring issues to the attention of management

3) Coordinate and prepare AOP and quarterly forecast update

4)Monthly estimation of sales & margin, preparation for monthly output analysis

5)Work closely with sales functions to monitor order activities & execute pricing strategies, provide sales management monthly reports on revenue and spending

6)To participate in new product introduction teams and provide financial and business analysis

7)Improve SOX support such as sales recognition and inventory management

8)Provide ad hoc information related to results upon request from Newport Wuxi management team

9) Work closely with Finance Manager during closing processes to identify and solve issues.

10) Other projects assigned by Finance Director

Requirment:

1)Minimum of five years of finance work experience, 2 years plus in costing

2)Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

3)Extensive SAP experience required. HFM, Essbase or BPC experience preferred

4)Advanced EXCEL skills,communication and interpersonal skills

5)Proficient in communication in English

6)Self driven and perform under minimum supervision
