Main Responsibilities
Building gauge manage system and make it keeping improvement to meet quality requirement;
Operation, Maintenance and development of advanced, electronic precision measuring system;
Manage the process of measurement system analysis to keep measurement systems remain capable and continually improved;
Gauge calibration and repairing to respect ISO standard and national standard;
Talent management to training metrology team and gauge users to be competent;
Maintain appropriate environments of the metrology area, provide the appropriate condition of metrology activities;
Review the gauge requisition. Runoff new tooling and gauges and setup the new gauges;
Define the guage method for new production and provide the standard gauge procedure to the workshop;
Manage the BP that control the cost spending. Manage the Fix assets of metrology department;
Manage the metrology team to make team positive working and get a good KPI.

Minimum Qualification
College or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Measurement/control technology and instrumentation education
Possess the technical knowledge of inspecting, checking and instrument fields.
know about checking management system, mater the calibration and operation method of current metrology instruments in mechanical field.
Have 6 years metrology experience in mechanical field.
