Responsibilities工作职责：

1．熟悉机械行业原材料、板金加工、机加工件等加工工艺和采购渠道; Be familiar with the Raw material /sheet metal machined parts process in machinery industry.

2. 合理进行采购成本的核算；Purchasing cost check and calculate
3. 供应商选择/稽核; Supplier screen/Review
4. 询价/比价/议价; Inquiry/comparative price/negotiation with Supplier
5. 策略性采购及供应商管理。Follow company purchase strategy and supplier management

6. 领导采购团队进行供应商检查/及时采购/成本节约等；Lead purchase group for supplier review/purchasing on time/cost saving etc.

Education Requirement教育背景要求:

1．机械、模具类相关专业本科以上学历，至少5年以上在机械设备行业相关的采购管理经验；Bachelor degree with mechanics or mechanical module engineering background or equivalent, at least 5 years above in related purchase experience

2.能看懂机械图纸及欧洲国家的标准；Be able to read mechaincal drawing and mechaincal Europe standards.

3. 熟知该领域内各采购渠道，能自主开发新的供应商并进行有效管理；Be familiar with that each purchase channel, can be independent to develop new supplier and carry on a valid management
4. 沟通与谈判能力强; Strong ability to communication and negotiation with supplier
5. 计算机水平好,熟练操作OFFICE软件; Good computer skill of MS office

6. 工作态度积极努力，有团队精神。Work hard, team work, willing to work under pressure

Requirement岗位要求:

1. 订单谈判; Order negotiation

2. 产品过程质量控制和成品质量控制. In process and finished product QC

3. 发现问题并提出改进措施 Problem identification and correction process

4. 良好的商务判断能力Good commercial sense

5. 熟悉采购产品的规范和要求Technical proficiency in the commodities of interest

6. 优秀的英语口语和书面沟通能力Excellent English communication skills both verbal and writing
