RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establish, maintain and update standard cost in the FS

2. Prepare cost and expense forecast for 6Q

3. Analyze cost and variance, provide analysis report weekly/monthly

4. Entry inventory journal regularly

5. Comply to inventory internal control procedure

6. Expense accrual monthly

7. Track capital budget, FRA, review the capital spend and CIP status

8. Work with related department to do the fixed assets physical count and involve inventory stocktake annually

9. Take part in monthly closing and support month closing timely and accurately

10. Reconcile the inventory accounts monthly

11. Report and support to Accounting Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree in finance or accounting

2. At least 3 years experience in finance including at least 2 years experience in foreign manufacturing company.

3. Good oral and written English, communication skills.

4. Proficient with MS packages (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) needed to analyze and report data.

5. Knowledge of ERP system, Fourth Shift experience is desirable.

6. Knowledge of Hyperion system will be desirable.

7. Motivated to achieve increased responsibility, meet deadlines, and processing both the ability and commitment to work effectively.

8. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.

9. Willingness to work extra hours as needed.

10. Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics.
