1、大专以上或同等学历。具备专业工程资质两项以上。
University level with more than 2 engineering qualifications.

2、年龄要求35-45，男性。5年以上工程类工作经验，3年以上现场管理经验。有独立、全过程管理1-2个项目的经验者优先。
Male,between the age of 35 and 45, who has more than 5 years of engineering working experiencesand more than 3 years of management experiences. With experience of independently managing 1 or 2 projects is preferred.

3、有较强的现场设计管理、协调和统筹能力。
Strong leadership and good management abilities,be good at planning and organizing,flexible and with strong sense of reponsibility

4、掌握现场施工监控管理要点,能妥善处理突发事件和疑难问题。
Master the key point of site work management,deal with the emergency and problems properly.

5、具备丰富的工程成本控制、质量控制、进度控制等管理经验。
The candidate should has a wealth of management experience, including cost control, quality control, and progress monitoring etc.

6、熟悉机电、通讯、暖通、空调、给排水等设备。熟悉电梯使用及维保。熟悉工程方面的政策法规。
Be familiar with the mechanical and electrical products, communication equipments, heating syst-
em and air-con, drainage system,lifts etc.Understand the national policies and regulations of engin-
eering.

7、具有大型工程项目的策划、统筹和实施能力，创新能力强，思维开阔。具有出色的沟通能力和领导能力。
With the abilities of project planning and arrangments,has innovation,open minded,has strong comm-unication skills and leadership skills.

8、具备较强的工作责任心。
With strong job responsibility.
