Job Description:

1. Run major roll out projects/programs in Alfa Laval according to PROMAL, DMAIC and ODPC to customers satisfaction;

2. Challenge existing performance, strategies and concepts and formulate long term development proposals;

3. Develop, Motivate communicate, train within own projects;

4. Run projects with major impact on technology, organization /people, structure and processes;

5. Participate as active team member in relative meetings;

6. Participate in competence team meetings run by OD Competence Owners;

7. Follow up on time plan and cost according to project specification;

8. Train and support junior project managers within OD.

Job Requirement:

1. Master of science or equivalent experience;

2. 10 years of project management experience in manufacturing company;

3. Good knowledge of how to run large projects to success;

4. Good negotiation and multi cultural skills;

5. Fluent English both in oral and written;

6. Work highly independent.

7. Able to work and travel worldwide.
