Key Responsibilities:
a. Do customs declaration/clearance and troubleshooting during customs clearance
b. Transportation issues solving, such as goods/package defects caused during transportation
c. Responsible to manage Forwarder & 3rd parties logistic hubs in different area
d. Validate root cause of supplier's failure to ship on time and make recommendations
e. Work with Affiliates and other suppliers to drive continuous improvement process programs to reduce lead times
f. Work closely with CS dept to make sure the stock level is appropriate and accurate
Personnel Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in international trading or commercial major.
-Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
-Know well in international trade terms and import & export processes.
-Minimum 3 year working experience in import & export area.
-With engineering background, especially in water solution area, know well in pumps and related products.
Responsible, optimistic, quick-learning, proactive.
