岗位职责

1、负责编制水泵，换热器等设备的制造工艺路线和工艺方案的确定，并编制工艺文件和技术标准；

2、负责制造过程所需设备的选型、调研、技术规范编制、参与设备验收和调试；

3、负责再制造过程中所需非标装置和工艺装备的设计；

4、负责解决水泵，换热器等设备制造生产过程中发现的技术问题；

5、负责水泵，换热器等设备制造过程中的零件确认标准和清洗工艺工作；

6、对一线生产工人进行培训，确保生产工人能够严格按照设计图纸、工艺文件和技术标准进行制造和检验

任职要求：

1、专科以上：暖通、机械制造、机电一体化或相关专业毕业；

2、良好沟通能力，具有高度的责任感及团队精神；

3、从事水泵及换热设备研发或制造工艺工作3年以上，有装配工艺工作经验三年以上优先；

4、熟练运用AutoCAD和3D设计软件；

5、熟练运用Office相关办公软件；

6、具有很强的动手能力和现场解决问题能力

FFC China is a subsidiary group set up by FFC in china. It mainly consists of FFC fluid system ( Suzhou ) Co., ltd, FFC fluid technology ( Wuxi) Co., ltd and FFC fluid ( Yancheng) Co., ltd.. FFC fluid systems ( Suzhou ) Co. ltd., is located in the Suzhou Singapore Industrial park. It is mainly in charge of FFC sales promotion business in the Chinese market. FFC fluid technology ( Wuxi) Limited, located in Wuxi high-tech development zone. It is the manufacturing base for pumps of FFC China. It will not only bring FFC outstanding and cost-effective products to customers, and also have independent research and innovation ability. The company has a number of high-quality professionals and a management team. FFC is building FFC fluid ( Yancheng) Co., ltd. The plant total area will be over 100000 square meters, it will be the largest overseas valves and heat exchange equipment production base of FFC group.
