职位描述：

-.新工厂现场布局;

Layout of the new fab;

-.负责工时测量,SOP制作；

Responsible for work hours measurement and SOP making;

-.通过改进操作方法、现场布置、工位器具等手段提高车间生产效率;

Improve the workshop efficiency by optimizing operation method, on-site layout, and worktools, etc.

-.负责试产工艺技术标准的编制、跟进新产品试产，制定并修订业务流程;

Responsible for making out of process technology standard in trial production, following trial production of new product, and making out business flow chart as well as revising it.;

-.负责生产部门每季每月产能预算;

Responsible for capacity forecast per month/quarter;

-.对物料、能源等消耗定额进行测定、改进、论证和进行成本核算.

Responsible for measurement ,improvement demonstration of material& energy consumption quota as well as cost accounting.
岗位要求：
-.本科及以上学历，制造工程或机电一体化等管理或机械类相关专业；

Bachlor degree above, major in manufacturing engineering or mechatronic Engineering;

-.具有机械行业5年以上加工经验;

With at least 5 years manufacturing experience in machinery industry

-.熟悉现场机械加工技术

Is required to be familiar with mechanical manufacturing

-.多样小量化工厂IE工作经验优先.

The candidate having IE experience in factory with various of production and a low volume production will be preferred.

-.掌握作业测定的基本方法，熟悉IE七大手法及其他工艺改善手法;

Master basic method of working measurement, familiar with IE Seven Method and other process improvement method

-.熟悉生产现场布置原则并掌握物流分析方法;

Get familiar with principles in work site layout and analysis method of logistic ;

-.具备良好的工艺准备和实施控制能力;

With capability of process preparation and implement;

-.具备较好的分析问题和现场指导的能力;

With capability of problem analysis and on-site coaching;

-.英语听说读写流利,能够顺畅交流和报告.

With fluent oral and written English, able to communicate and report in English.
