岗位职责：

-.设计适合的工装夹具，刀辅具去满足和改善加工工艺的要求；Design proper complex fixture and non-standard tolls for the machining applicaton as well as optimization.

-.为不同的加工应用定义合适的工装方案;Definition of suitable fixture concept for different machining application.

-.根据布勒标准，质量方针和环境因素设计图纸；Design of drawing according to Buhler standards,quality guidelines and environmental aspects.

-.为现场提供工装夹具的应用服务;Support the on-site application of the fixtures.

-.在工作准备阶段和IE，编程工程师保持紧密协作;Close cooperation with IE engineer and programmer during the work preparation phase.

-.配合制造部门生产成本优化，适应市场的部件;Production of cost optimized and market-conform components.

-.持续改善Permanent optimization of products and process(CIP)

任职要求：

-.大专以上学历,机械相关专业Junior college above，Major in mechanical related.

-.具有机械行业5年以上工装夹具设计经验With 5years+experience of fixture design in mechanical industry

-.具备良好的3D-CAD知识（Inventor/PDM）Good 3D-CAD knowledge(Inventor/PDM).

-.具备良好的问题解决能力Good capability of problem solving.

-.有一定的英语口语书写能力Able to communicate in both oral and written English.
