Areas of responsibility
1. In cooperation with quality/ production management, improve and maintain an efficient quality assurance of products and processes
2. Train and assist personnel
3. Create and manage PPAP document and sample
4. Deal with quality issue
5. Incoming material control
Personal tasks
1. Create and manage the PPAP packages for customers
2. Manage the claims and complaints from customers
3. Educate the personal in internal quality assurance
4. Incoming quality control and report
5. Perform product and process audit
6. Prepare the instruction for quality
7. Participate on the team review meetings
8. Analysis and solving problem
Main challenges
1. Completed the PPAP submission
2. Perform the process and product audit
3. Analysis and solving quality problem
任职要求
Education: college/ university degree required
Practical experience: PPAP prepare experience
Manufacturing and quality environment required
Minimum 5 year of experience in Quality management position in the automotive industry.
Knowledge/Skills requirements:
English Language intermediate
Statistic software Advanced
Excel Intermediate / Advanced
Word Intermediate / Advanced
