Design, develop, execute, and document engine tests for endurance, performance, emissions, and other development purposes, and interact with test technicians, engine design engineers, PE, and machine integrations engineers.

· Develop and document tests to characterize fatigue behavior of prototype and production components.

· Interact with development and design engineers in component behavior and analysis.

·Interact with part suppliers for analysis comparisons, design changes, and part procurement.

· Communicate test requirements in written form and verbally.

· Prepare technical reports compiling, detailing, and analyzing test results

·Be a resource for and work in conjunction with instrumentation/mechanical personnel in test preparation and execution.

Required Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree or above from university, majoring in engine, automobile, or related majors.

·At least 5 years related working experience in engineering test.

·Knowledge of inner combustion engine principle, mechanical theory, inner combustion engine engineering test theory, and inner combustion engine test technology.

·Engine knowledge and experience, both Mechanical engine and Electronic engine controls (Diesel preferred).

·Engine and testing equipment trouble shooting.

·Effective work plan establish and implement.

·Fluent in English.

Desirable Qualifications

· Knowledge of FEMA/DFEMA

·Experience in engine components

·Experience in test rig/component development
