Job_description_responsibilities:

The China Motor Grader Project Engineer resides on the Asia Motor Grader Machine Systems Integration Team, and will report to the Asia Motor Grader Machine Integration Manager. The project engineer will be responsible for ensuring robust communication and providing project leadership across multiple world wide teams of design and manufacturing engineers. They will hold teams and individuals accountable to deliver results at the promised quality and date. The project engineer will have sufficient engineering knowledge to understand the projects they are leading, balanced with the skill to remove obstacles and communication gaps required for project success.

Required_skills_qualifications:

1. An accredited Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or machine test
3. Proven project leadership success and the ability to lead and interact with a diverse workforce.
4. Excellent English written & oral communication skills to effectively communicate with a worldwide team.

Desired_skills_qualifications:

1. An accredited Masters of Science degree in engineering

2. 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or machine test

3. Project Management training and experience developing schedules

4. Project leadership experience with machine product development.

5. Successful completion of 6 Sigma Black Belt training.
