Device Engineer（太阳能 热电）--工作地点：无锡新区

Bachelors degree in engineering discipline (Material Science, Physics, Electrical)
材料，物理，电子相关专业本科以上学历
Three or more years experience in semiconductor industry required
至少3年半导体行业相关工作经验
Knowledge of thermoelectric materials is preferred
拥有热电行业知识者优先
Expert in thermo electrical device fabrication, Micro circuit, joining techniques, plating process.
精通热电器件制备 （thermoelectrical device fabrication)，微电路，锡焊工艺，电镀工艺。
Good English language skill both in writing and speaking.
优秀的英语能力。
