Job description：
1. 建立和维护公司质量管理体系 Build and maintenance company’s quality management system;
2. 建立公司质量管理相关的政策，制度和规定等 Create company quality management’s policy, regulation and guideline ;
3. 主导完成进货检验相关规定和政策制订，指导下属完成进货检验 Be in charge of incoming inspection, including drawing up guideline, institution and training subordinates;
4. 主导过程控制相关工作，完善过程记录及处理突发质量问题，完善报告 Be responsible for process inspection and monitoring, record quality issue and deal with occasional quality fault and complete related reports, such as 8D ；
5. 负责公司相关的体系认证工作，如ISO9001等 Be responsible for company quality system and related certificate, such as ISO9001;
6. 负责团队建设，包括人员招聘，培训， 分工等 Be responsible for team building, including recruitment, training and assignment;
7. 负责供应商管理，协助采购和技术团队确保物料供应 Be responsible for supplier management, associated with technique and sourcing team to assure material supply as required;
8. 负责新产品开发质量方面的工作 Be responsible for quality tasks in NPI program;
9. 分析、改善产品的质量成本 Analysis and improve product’s quality cost;
10. 跟踪客户的质量反馈和投诉，主导技术、质量等团队及时解决产品质量问题 Record and tracking feedback and complaint from market and consumer, lead a cross team among technique, quality, manufacturing to solve quality issue;
11. 负责公司EHS方面的管理 Be responsible for EHS management of company.

Requirement：
1.Bachelor’s or higher degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent， Thermal or Solar industrial are preferred;
2.3+ years quality management experience is necessary in engineering, manufacturing or research area, experiencing a integrated project is a plus;
3. Familiar with NPI procedure, such as PPAP and APQP;
4. Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills
5. Demonstrated understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle;
6. Good English skills both in oral and written, CET6 is a plus;
7. Skilled at Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and professional software, such as minitab.
8. Be familiar with basic quality management tools, such as SPC, MSA;
9. Handle tasks independently and initiative & proactive;
