Main job duty will be CMOS analog mixed signal design, which includes specification definition, modeling, schematic design, pre-layout simulation, layout design, post layout simulation, and timing library&IBIS model&LEF generation.

Successful candidate will report to the head of the Analog Mixed Signal Design team.

Experience on CMOS deep submicron process is a must.

Experience with the following analog IP will be a plus.

High speed & Low Power data converters for consumer applications

Familliar with IP bench characterization.

EDA tools: Mentor Graphics's schematic capture, eldo/ADMS and Calibre, Cadence Virtuoso.

2 years or more work experience in relevant industry
