RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of the Plant Engineering Department on Industrial Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, and environmental issues.
Supervise a team of engineers to perform production setup, process development, failure analysis, productivity and quality improvement.
Lead department on cost reduction programmes and productivity improvement
Lead and guide cross-functional teams to strategize the success of new technology
Manage career developments plans and training needs for the team
REQUIREMENTS

BSc/MSc in manufacturing engineering discipline, with chemical process background on plating and surface finishes
15 years working experience on Engineering in PCB field / HDI
Presence of analytical mind and advanced quality techniques
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent in management and interpersonal skills
Station at Wuxi, PRC required
