Job Description:

• New process/product development
• Drive yield improvement.
• Improve process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Capabilities and Technologies enhancement..
• Optimizes material and process to meet customer needs.
• Set and improve productivity through automation.
• Feasibility review on non standard product.
• Improve process efficiency and set up (SMED).
• Corrective actions provided in NCMR are sustainable.
• Provide sustainable 8D to the customer

Job Requirement:

• More than 5 years experience in Lamination/Plating/Solder Mask/Surface Finishing.
• Good knowledge in PCB manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of implementation of SPC, QC 7Tools, CDTA, DMAIC, 8D,DOE, Process Control Plan, FMEA and analysis skills for yield improvement.
• Oral and written English will be an added advantage.
• Effective communication skills.
• Engineering Degree
