职位描述
主要职责：
1、能够独立观察和分析机械、电气、液压等系统的故障所在。
2、负责维护维修公司内所有机器设备。
3、在确定故障部位后，能够独立完成故障的排除任务。
4、通过检查设备的运行情况，能够发现不足之处，并加以改善。
5、根据设备不同的运行状况，对设备进行调整。
6、负责机器部件的定期润滑和清洗。
7、熟悉设备的备品备件情况。
8、根据设备的规程执行预防性维护。
9、维护过程应完全符合公司的安全标准。
10、完成安排的其他方面的工作。
管理职责：
1、根据主管的要求监督管理外协单位人员。
教育/工作经验：
中专以上，机电一体化或相关专业，从事维修工作三年以上。
其他技能与能力 :
持有效电工证的优先（进网作业许可证、特种作业操作证）。
具有注塑机及PLC维修经验的优先。
体格需求 :
身体状况良好，能抬起和移动5公斤重物，间歇地抬起和移动12公斤重物，偶尔抬起和移动50公斤重物。
Duties and Responsibilities：
Observes and analyzes mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.
Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all machinery and support equipment.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
Follow & performs preventative maintenance (PM) procedure as assigned.
Performs all duties in compliance with company safety standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities：
Supervise and manage outsourcing people according your supervisor demands.
Education and Experience：
Graduated from Technical secondary School or above, Major in Mechanics & electrics or equivalent, Working experience more than 3 years
Other Skills and Abilities:
IC Electrical Qualification is preferred.
Injection molding machine experience and PLC knowledge is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 5 KGs, frequently lift and/or move up to 12 KGs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 KGs.
