Coordinate with functional peers in Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing to assure consistency between product development and marketing plans.
·File all product development and analytical efforts in the appropriate Design Record Books.
·As necessary, chair or lead all technical design reviews and failure investigations.
·Provide technical leadership and guidance for less experienced engineers and designers.
·Provide technical support to manufacturing for the resolution of manufacturing issues associated with assigned components, systems, subsystems or products.
·Provide engineering support to the Hayward Customer Support for the resolution of customer issues.
·Lead by example through the execution of designs within product specification guidelines for form, fit, function, quality, producibility, cost and schedule.
·As requested, assist the Chief Technologist in the development of “Design Guides” for the preservation of design techniques, methodologies and “lessons learned”
任职要求
1.8+ years experience in mechanisms, motor, pump and pressure vessel design with a heavy emphasis on the use of plastics.
2.3 to 7 years experience at a senior leadership level in a technically oriented company or business.
3.BSME, BSEE or equivalent required.
