职位要求：
1.Education - Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical, electronic, etc. MBA is plus.
2.Qualified People management experience familiar with risk management and result managment.
3.Over 10 years of process engineering, project management experience in a large scale manufacturing line, preferably with experience in manufacturing or electronics industry of HDD.
4.Knowledge of Six sigma, Lean and project management, preferably in Six Sigma BB, PMP holder.
5.Fluent English writing and speaking
工作职责：
1.Project management

1）Responsible for multi-projects and budgets
2）Guide a readiness schedule, influence both internal and external functional team to achieve goals on schedule.
3）Project cost management

2.Execution management.

1）Work with other department take improvement effort in place
2）Analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trend, assess opportunities, impacts and risks.
3）Develop and implement solutions on those hitters

3.Team management

1）Mentor staff of various skills and personalities, motivate team to work together towards department goals.
2）Proactive and anticipates challenges.
3）Plan multi-projects, estimate, track and complete project on time and within budget.
4）Able to make optimal trade-offs.
5）Participate building department/company culture.

4.Strategic management

1）Direct product/process technology roadmap.
2）Satisfy customer.
3）Understands organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies.
4）Extensive management experience.
5）Resolves very complex organizational problems and devises optimal and innovative solution.
6）Strategic planning that could affect the success of department mission.
