1、Customer Complaint Follow Up
－Understand customer specification, criteria and service requirements.
－Provide internal factory with a clear definition of what our Customer needs.
－Work with customer on quality issues and drive internal group for issues closure.
－Define OQA / OBA inspection criteria /sampling plan & purge method
2、QPM & LAT Report
－Provide customer with daily LAT reporting.
－Work with our customer on their quarterly customer QBR package requirement.
－Prepare weekly continuous improvement package for customer
3、Product/process Qualification/SCR Preparation
－Co-ordinate all new products / lines Qualification, process changes, etc. and prepare Qualification / SCR packages for submission to customer.
－To inform customer on any deviation and seek their approval prior to shipment.
4、Customer Audit
－Perform pre-audit to minimize non-compliance
－Accompany with customer audit/visit.
－Follow up with all findings till closure

任职要求：

1、Bachelor degree major in Electronics
2、Qualified Internal Auditor familiar with China and International ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18000 Standards
3、Over 8 years of engineering experience in manufactory, preferably with experience in manufacturing industry of HDD.
4、Knowledge of six sigma ,SPC, DOE & project manage…etc
5、Excellent communication, analytical, coordination, staff management and problem solving skills independent, objective, open minded, initiative and strong leadership
6、Fluent English writing and speaking
