Mission of function

- To enhance R&D, localization projects controlling, OEM controlling and financial reporting (including budgeting and forecasting)

Contacts (internal / external)

- Report to SXVT BA manager

Task

1.To support all process owners to develop revenue and expense budgets, and analysis by monthly the actual and budget deviation.

2.Responsible to prepare monthly forecast, and work closely with all relevant departments to ensure the forecast's accuracy.

3.Trace material cost fluctuation by monthly, and work closely with R&D and Procurement for all localization projects, to drive continuous material cost down.

4.Prepare R&D project financial plan with R&D team and trace the project cost and product cost on a regular base, to ensure costing and timeline aligned with original plan.

5.Being the Credit Control Officer as well as being the Financial “two-eye” of OEM team. Prepare monthly AR report and supports the healthy growth of OEM business in terms of credit control, margin analysis, etc.

6.Prepare monthly internal management report and analysis report as per requested by superior.

7.Other ad hoc project as per requested by superior.

Knowledge

1.SAP experience is a plus

2.CICPA or ACCA is a plus.

Experience

1.Over 3 years finance related experience.

2.Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
