- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer 客户质量工程师

What are my responsibilities?

- The main mission of this position is improving customer satisfaction for our GIS business through: Setting good communication channel to understand customer requirement and quickly response for customer complaint.

1. Responsible for customer quality problem solving, working with cross functional team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer as the interface of GIS factory.

2. Contribute to the performances of after delivery quality enhancement and customer satisfaction upgrade by pushing internal continuous improvement through cross functions.

3. Maintain customer complaint database, ensure the traceability of problem solving. Regular report after delivery quality performance to management and highlight big problem and progress of actiion implementation.

4. Work together with service department or project manager doing failure analysis on customer site in case of emergency accident, and make quality investigation report for root cause.

5. Coordinate product returned, customer visit, monitor after delivery NCC reduction and related process optimization.

6. To analyze the failure or defects and solve the issue on site as one expert if necessary.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Sufficient knowledge of HV switchgear products. Such as the function of each elements, related standards, application and how to do relevant tests etc.

2. Be familiar with Quality management and statistic tools. Such as such as six sigma, 8D, 5WHY, …

- Have at least one year quality management experience in foreign invested company.

- Bachelor degree (or above) in major of mechanical or Electric engineering

- English (german) communication. Have no barriers to communicate with German colleagues whether oral or written

- Internal: Production manager/ MPS manager/ CE manager/ R&D manager/ QA manager/CoC project manager/

- External: Sales/ Customers
